Your Right to Delete
At CLO, we believe you should have complete control over your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information and profile
- All Self module data (journals, tasks, health data)
- All Home module data (inventory, warranties, schedules)
- Your portion of Relationships module data
- Any data synced to our servers
Shared Data Considerations
For the Relationships module:
- Shared Capsule content may be retained for your partner's reference
- Vault contents require both parties to agree to deletion
- Messages you've sent may remain visible to recipients
How to Request Deletion
In-App Deletion
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account and follow the prompts.
Email Request
Send a deletion request to privacy@crateso.com from your registered email address.
Deletion Timeline
Upon receiving your request:
- Account access is immediately suspended
- Data deletion begins within 24 hours
- Complete deletion is finished within 30 days
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited data as required by law, including:
- Transaction records for financial compliance
- Legal hold requirements
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
