Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of all personal data associated with your PetPodcast account at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1 — In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to immediately delete your account and associated data.

Option 2 — Email: Send a deletion request to privacy@crateso.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - PetPodcast" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and personal information
• All content and data you created on the platform
• Usage history and analytics tied to your account

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for aggregate analytics or as required by law.
