Your Right to Deletion

Your stories and reflections belong to you. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open Everloop and go to Settings
  2. Select "Account"
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@crateso.com with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - Everloop"
  • Include: Your account email address

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and preferences
  • All journal entries and reflections
  • Story arcs and character data
  • Timeline and memory records
  • AI-generated summaries and insights
  • Personal worldbuilding content
  • Usage analytics tied to your account

What We May Retain

  • Transaction records for compliance
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics
  • Support ticket communications
  • Information required by law

Processing Time

  • In-App: Immediate deactivation, full deletion within 30 days
  • Email: Response within 5 business days, deletion within 30 days
  • Backups: Up to 90 days for complete removal

Before You Delete

  • Export First: Request a copy of your stories before deletion
  • Irreversible: Deleted stories cannot be recovered
  • Cancel Subscriptions: Avoid future charges by canceling first
