Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Mercury Theatrical Productions at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to privacy@crateso.com with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - MTP"
  • Include: Your email address used for ticket purchases or newsletter
  • Include: "I request deletion of my personal data"

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (if applicable)
  • Contact information and preferences
  • Newsletter subscription data
  • Event interest and preference data
  • Communication history
  • Website activity tied to your account

What We May Retain

  • Transaction Records: Ticket purchases for accounting/tax purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Legal Requirements: Data required by law
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you

Processing Time

  • Acknowledgment: Within 5 business days
  • Deletion: Within 30 days
  • Marketing Lists: Removed within 7 days

Unsubscribe from Marketing

If you just want to stop receiving marketing emails:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email
  • Or email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

This will remove you from marketing lists without deleting your account or purchase history.
