These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hi Fu Mi game and related services provided by Crateso. By playing Hi Fu Mi, you agree to these Terms. If you're under 18, please review these with a parent or guardian.

1. The Game

Hi Fu Mi is a story-driven gaming universe where you can:

  • Collect and evolve unique creatures
  • Explore diverse realms and discover lore
  • Battle other players and AI opponents
  • Experience narrative-driven adventures
  • Trade with other players

2. Account Requirements

2.1 Eligibility

  • Players under 13 require parental consent
  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for your account security

2.2 Account Security

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Never share your account with others
  • Report unauthorized access immediately
  • Use a strong, unique password

3. Community Standards

Hi Fu Mi is a welcoming universe for all. You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten other players
  • Use hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Impersonate other players or Crateso staff
  • Spam or disrupt gameplay for others
  • Exploit bugs instead of reporting them

4. Fair Play

To keep Hi Fu Mi fair and fun:

  • No Cheating: Third-party tools, hacks, or exploits are prohibited
  • No Botting: Automated gameplay is not allowed
  • No Real-Money Trading: Selling accounts or in-game items for real money is prohibited
  • Honest Trading: Trade fairly and don't deceive other players

5. Virtual Items & Currency

5.1 In-Game Purchases

  • Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Gift purchases cannot be resold

5.2 Your Content

Content you create (usernames, creature names, etc.) must follow community standards. We may remove inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

All Hi Fu Mi content is owned by Crateso, including:

  • Creatures, characters, and designs
  • Story, lore, and world-building
  • Music, sound effects, and art
  • Game mechanics and features

You may share screenshots and gameplay for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee it
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We may modify or discontinue features
  • Game balance changes may affect your creatures or items

8. Account Suspension

Violations may result in:

  • Warning or temporary mute
  • Temporary suspension (1 day to 30 days)
  • Permanent ban for severe violations
  • Loss of virtual items without refund

You may appeal through in-game support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hi Fu Mi is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lost progress due to technical issues
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions
  • Maximum liability is limited to amounts you paid us

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued play after changes means acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in-game.
