  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KIVA IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL THERAPY, COUNSELING, OR MEDICAL ADVICE. We do not guarantee that the Service will improve your relationships or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crateso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
