2. Description of Service

SLAPP (Story Layering And Production Platform) is an intelligent story-building platform that combines a full writing suite, a fluid storyboard maker, and a living narrative engine into one creative system. The Service helps users build characters, places, scenes, visuals, and story structure in a deeply connected way, with AI-powered features for writing assistance and story development.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SLAPP. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You register using your email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or malware
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all story content you create, including characters, scenes, narratives, and storyboards. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

7. AI Features

SLAPP uses artificial intelligence to assist with writing, generate storyboards, analyze story structure, SLAPP-merge elements together, and provide narrative suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a creative aid and may not always be perfect for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content. AI features are designed to enhance your creativity, not replace it.

8. Project Collaboration

  • Content in shared projects is visible to all invited collaborators
  • You are responsible for inviting trusted individuals to your projects
  • Project owners can manage collaborator access and permissions
  • Leaving a shared project does not automatically delete your contributed content

9. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features may require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. SLAPP is a tool for collaboration and ideation; we are not responsible for business decisions or actions taken based on content created within the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crateso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes.
