Your data, your choice

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, including voice recordings and transcripts, at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the MAVS app and go to Settings
  2. Select "Privacy & Data"
  3. Choose "Delete Account" or "Delete Voice Data"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@crateso.com with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - MAVS"
  • Include: Your account email address
  • Specify: Whether you want full account deletion or just voice data

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and settings
  • All voice recordings and audio data
  • Transcripts and conversation logs
  • Custom voice profiles
  • Agent configurations and preferences
  • Routing history and patterns
  • Usage analytics

Voice Data Deletion Only

You can request deletion of just your voice data while keeping your account:

  • All stored voice recordings will be deleted
  • Transcripts and conversation history removed
  • Voice models trained on your data will be reset
  • Your account and settings remain active

What We May Retain

  • Transaction records for billing/legal compliance
  • Anonymized usage statistics
  • Device diagnostic data (non-identifying)
  • Information required by law

Processing Time

  • Voice Data Only: Deleted within 7 days
  • Full Account: Deactivated immediately, deleted within 30 days
  • Backups: Up to 90 days for complete removal

Before You Delete

  • Irreversible: Deleted voice data cannot be recovered
  • Device Reset: You may need to re-setup your MAVS device
  • Subscriptions: Cancel active subscriptions first
