When you create a Vespara account and complete The Interview, we collect:

  • Your 140-character "Hook" and AI-generated bio

  • Vouch chain verifications
  • Group/Circle memberships
  • Event participation history

1.3 Game Activity (TAGS)

  • Games played and consent levels selected
  • Achievement progress
  • Session history (anonymized)

1.4 AI Interaction Data

  • Strategist conversation logs
  • Ghost Protocol usage (drafts, not sent messages)
  • AI-generated insights and nudges

1.5 Technical Information

  • Device type, OS, and browser
  • IP address and general location
  • App performance and error logs
  • Tonight Mode location check-ins (opt-in only)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Matching: Connect you with compatible people based on preferences, heat levels, and logistics
  • The Hub: Power all 8 modules of your social operating system
  • AI Features: Provide Strategist advice, Ghost Protocol drafts, and Resuscitator scripts
  • TAGS Games: Enable consent-forward gameplay with appropriate partners
  • Safety: Verify identities, prevent harassment, enforce community standards
  • Improvements: Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform (anonymized data only)

3. Sharing Information

What's Visible to Other Users

  • Your profile (photos, bio, hook, heat level)
  • Online status and Tonight Mode location (if enabled)
  • Vouch chain verification status
  • Mutual connection indicators

What's NEVER Shared

  • Your hard limits (private to you only)
  • Shredder/Ghost Protocol history
  • AI conversation logs
  • Exact location data

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share with:

  • Supabase (secure cloud infrastructure)
  • OpenAI (for AI features, no personal identifiers sent)
  • Law enforcement (only when legally required)

Given the sensitive nature of Vespara, we implement industry-leading security:

Vespara is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older. We verify age during The Interview (Clearance phase). Accounts found to be underage will be immediately terminated.
