Vespara is a Social Operating System that includes:
- The Hub: An 8-module dashboard for managing your social life
- The Interview: A comprehensive onboarding experience

- AI Features: Strategist, Ghost Protocol, Resuscitator, and Smart Nudges

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
- You must be 21 years of age or older to use Vespara
- Age verification is required during The Interview (Clearance phase)
- Misrepresenting your age results in immediate account termination
2.2 Account Rules
- One account per person
- Provide accurate information in your profile
- Keep your account credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity on your account
3. Consent is Everything
Vespara is built on a foundation of enthusiastic, informed consent. This means:
3.1 The Consent Meter (TAGS)

- 🟡 YELLOW (Sensual): Light touch, suggestive themes, opt-in

Both parties must agree on the consent level before any TAGS game begins.
3.2 Hard Limits
Your hard limits are sacred. They are:
- Never shared with other users
- Used to filter incompatible matches
- Enforced in all TAGS gameplay
3.3 Consent Can Be Withdrawn
At any time, any user can exit any game, conversation, or connection. No pressure. No explanation required.
4. Community Standards
Vespara is for everyone who respects others. We require:

DON'T:
- ❌ Harass, pressure, or coerce anyone
- ❌ Share explicit content without consent
- ❌ Attempt to contact users who have blocked you
- ❌ Use the platform for commercial sex work
- ❌ Create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself
- ❌ Discriminate based on race, gender, orientation, or body type
5. TAGS Games Rules
- All games require mutual consent level agreement before starting
- Games cannot escalate beyond the agreed consent level
- The "Pause" and "Exit" buttons are always available
- Achievements are private unless you choose to share
- No recording, screenshotting, or sharing of game sessions
6. AI Features
6.1 The Strategist
AI advice is based on your data and patterns. It's guidance, not gospel. You're responsible for your choices.
6.2 Ghost Protocol
AI-drafted exit messages are suggestions. You edit and send them — we don't send messages on your behalf without approval.
6.3 Data Handling
AI features use OpenAI's API. We strip personal identifiers before processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Safety Features
- Vouch Chain: Verify through trusted connections
- Block & Report: Remove unwanted contacts instantly
- Tonight Mode: Location sharing is always opt-in
- Shredder Archive: Review past exits for safety patterns
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms or community standards
- Are reported for harassment or consent violations
- Provide false age verification
- Engage in illegal activity
You can delete your account anytime via Data Deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vespara facilitates connections between adults. We are not responsible for:
- Actions taken by users in real-world encounters
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Outcomes of relationships formed through the platform
