Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your game account and personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-Game Deletion

  1. Open Hi Fu Mi and go to Settings
  2. Select "Account"
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@crateso.com with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - Hi Fu Mi"
  • Include: Your account email or Player ID

What Gets Deleted

  • Your player profile and settings
  • Game progress and achievements
  • Character collection and customizations
  • Story progression data
  • In-game currency balances
  • Chat and social data
  • Gameplay analytics

What We May Retain

  • Purchase transaction records (for refund/legal purposes)
  • Anonymized gameplay statistics
  • Fraud prevention data
  • Information required by law

Processing Time

  • In-Game: Immediate deactivation, full deletion within 30 days
  • Email: Response within 5 business days, deletion within 30 days
  • Backups: Up to 90 days for complete removal

Before You Delete

  • Irreversible: All progress, characters, and purchases will be lost
  • No Refunds: In-app purchases cannot be refunded after deletion
  • Linked Accounts: Disconnect any linked social accounts first
  • Active Subscriptions: Cancel subscriptions to avoid future charges
